3. Does the manufacturer guarantee to mobilise a maintenance crew within 12 hours of your corrective maintenance request?
In times of urgent need, you can feel confident MAK can have a crew ready to mobilise to site via road (with fully kitted 4WD) or by air after express road freighting the tools and equipment required in our custom-made mobile work centre.
4. Does the manufacturer hold stocks of all components and offer full on-going servicing?
With MAK's life-time customer relationship model, you can feel assured we will always hold adequate stocks of components and offer you a full and on-going service program.
5. Does the manufacturer provide training for your team?
To ensure longevity of your new MAK RO machine, you can take advantage of our on-site or remote training package which includes detailed operations and maintenance manuals.
6. Does the manufacturer offer a delivery date of 8 weeks from order on up to 50 m3/day and 12 weeks from order on up to 500 m3/day?
Your timelines are important, so MAK is prepared to guarantee our promised despatch date. If your project runs behind schedule for any reason (including causes outside our control), you can ask for a 5% discount off your total invoice.
7. Does the manufacturer have a proven track record?
With MAK designing, manufacturing and installing new RO systems on a monthly basis (for hospitals, hotels, mining camps, processing plants, etc), you can feel confident we know exactly how to service your requirements.
