HR & Training Manager

Reporting to the CEO this is a true HR generalist role where you will become the trusted advisor to a committed team of operational managers.  This part time role, offers flexible working hours to fit your schedule with key responsibilities including:

  • Provide expert advice to operational team
  • Continuous improvement of HR practices
  • Coaching and mentoring managers
  • Training and development (including development of on-line modules)
  • Award interpretation
  • Plan, implement and deliver effective HR policies and procedures

Service Coordinator

Reporting to the Service Coordinator Team Leader, you will:

  • Communicate with clients for quotes and scheduling of maintenance activities
  • Coordinate the service team's movements to attend local and remote sites
  • Manage client spare parts orders
  • Invoice clients for work performed and submit reports as required
  • General administration duties as required in a busy service environment
  • As this role supports the team on the East coast normal hours will require an early start and finish

Service Technician - Water Treatment

Reporting to the NSW Service Manager core duties include:

  • Scheduled preventative maintenance to clients' water treatment plants
  • Reactive and breakdown maintenance when required
  • Reporting service outcomes 
  • Take responsibility for service outcomes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist with system upgrades and improvements
  • Participate in water treatment plant commissioning
