Service Coordinator

The role is a full time position working 6am to 2.30pm as it supports East Coast as well as WA based teams. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:

  • Communicate with clients for quotes and scheduling of maintenance activities
  • Coordinate the movements of the service technicians to local and remote sites
  • Manage client spare parts orders
  • Invoice clients for work performed and submit reports as required
  • General administration duties as required in a busy service environment

Plumber - Industrial

Based in our Malaga workshop, day to day duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Light mechanical assembly work
  • Installation of pumps, pipework, filters etc
  • UPVC pipework preparation and installation
  • Installing instrumentation
  • Pressure testing and commissioning
  • Occasional travel to site for plant installation

Service Technician - Water Treatment - Perth

Reporting to the Service Supervisor you will be joining a small, but growing team and:

  • Have a customer focused attitude
  • Have the ability to work independently and be an asset to the team
  • Have flexibility to travel to various sites for short durations

  • Provide clients the right solutions for their water treatment applications

Service Technician - Water Treatment - Melbourne

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be joining a small, but growing team and:

Project Engineer

 

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Perth based engineering team working on water treatment plants to:

  • Co-ordinate process design
  • Review and approve process and fabrication drawings
  • Prepare equipment lists and assist procurement through vendor evaluation
  • Monitor plant construction in the workshop
  • Communicate with client and project manage plant build
  • Commission and optimise plant performance

Service Manager - Water Treatment

The Service Manager is primarily responsible for leading the service and operations teams in providing routine and corrective maintenance safely and efficiently.  It will suit an experienced person who can work within a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the East Coast Operations Manager, you will:

  • Supervise a team of service technicians and a service coordinator
  • Develop the team's skill levels and abilities
  • Provide customer focused solutions to Queensland customers
  • Working with support from the engineering team provide technical solutions
  • Communicate with clients to quote and schedule site work
  • Prepare budgets and management reports for the business unit
