Service Manager - Water Treatment

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will:

  • Supervise a team of service technicians
  • Develop the team's skill levels and abilities
  • Provide customer focused solutions to Queensland customers
  • Working with support from the engineering team to provide technical solutions
  • Communicate with clients to quote and schedule site work
  • Prepare budgets and management reports for the business unit

Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Opportunity to work on a range of digital marketing (Website, PPC, SEO etc)
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Preparation and management of marketing collateral
  • Preparation and coordination of detailed tender documents
  • Working closely with the sales team 

Business Development Manager - Service


Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the principle focus of this role is to:

  • Grow the service and maintenance business 
  • Quote and implement site upgrades/overhauls
  • Provide technical support and assistance for spare parts and component sales
  • Finding new clients
  • Initiate and build long-term relationships
  • Preparing quotes and administering client accounts
  • Providing technical assistance and product education
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Provide technical support to clients by performing system evaluations and recommendations
