Service Technician

THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for a Service Technicians to join the Queensland team.  Your work will predominantly be in the field covering Brisbane and the surrounding area, occasionally travelling to remote sites.  Reporting to the QLD Service Manager core duties include:

  • Completing scheduled preventative maintenance to clients' water treatment plants
  • Completing reactive and breakdown maintenance when required
  • Reporting service outcomes
  • Take responsibility for service outcomes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist with system upgrades and improvements
  • Participate in water treatment plant commissioning

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

The successful application will:

  • Hold a relevant trade qualification (mechanical / plumbing / electrical)
  • Cert 3 or 4 in Water Operations is desirable
  • Have a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and clean driving record
  • Water treatment industry experience preferred
  • Strong problem solving capability and technical skills
  • Have effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to interpret engineering drawings and write service reports
  • Be comfortable working independently
  • Be flexible to travel to site 

Project Administration Assistant

THE ROLE

This is a part-time role with flexible working hours to be agreed at start of employment. Working within the engineering team at our new Head Office location in Malaga, the role will suit someone who can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will:

  • Produce and edit technical documentation, including packing lists, Manufacturing Data Reports and Operation & Maintenance Manuals
  • Communicate with internal and external clients 
  • Manage project documentation in accordance with document control procedures 

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of technical documentation and engineering procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites, Adobe & QDMS
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Be customer service focused
  • A sense of urgency and ability to respond quickly and professionally

HR & Training Manager

THE ROLE

Reporting to the CEO, this is a true HR generalist role where you will become the trusted advisor to a committed team of operational managers.  This part time role, offers flexible working hours to fit your schedule with key responsibilities including:

  • Provide expert advice to operational team
  • Continuous improvement of HR practices
  • Coaching and mentoring managers
  • Training and development (including development of on-line modules)
  • Award interpretation
  • Plan, implement and deliver effective HR policies and procedures  

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Proven HR management experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse information and provide board level reporting

Trainee Accounts / Administration Assistant

THE ROLE

This is a full-time traineeship role located in our Head Office location in Malaga. The role will suit someone with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude who is looking to start their career in Accounts or Administration. Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you will:

  • Conduct general reception duties including ordering kitchen, cleaning & stationery supplies
  • Manage the Head Office telephone and email enquiries
  • Provide support to the Finance Team
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Coordinating company functions and events
  • Other administrative and accounting duties as required

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position you will be:

  • Successful completion of senior Secondary education
  • Experience with Microsoft suites; Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook is essential
  • Professionally presented with high verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A sense of urgency and ability to respond quickly and professionally
