Background

A long-term service client reached out to MAK Water to conduct a review on the condition of their steel reaction tanks on site. During the review it was noticed that corrosion forming on the external panels of the tanks was causing a safety hazard and replacement was necessary.

MAK Water was selected to design, manufacture and install 3 x 240KL Steel rubber lined tanks on a live site where wastewater services had to remain operational.

Our service team worked closely with the client to implement a strategic waste removal plan while the plant was offline during demolition and construction of the new tanks.

Solution

Demolition and construction of new tanks on site.
