Septage Receival Station

The Septage Receival Station (Product ID: SSBot) is a compact unit designed to provide pre-treatment screening of tankered septage or other liquid waste prior to entering wastewater treatment plants. The SSBot inlet is fitted with a quick-connect camlock attachment and an electro-mechanical valve. Wastewater discharged directly from the tanker is filtered by a screen basket and screw that removes the solids.

Screenings are washed, drained and compacted prior to being discharged into a bin or bagged by an optional Longopac automatic bagging system. Hard wearing nylon brushes are fixed to the screw for continuous self-cleaning of the screen basket. Hinged covers allow easy inspection and servicing.
